William M. Hannay, MD

William Hannay, MD, is a sports medicine fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon. He is passionate about returning athletes from elite prospects to the weekend warrior back to what they love. He specializes in arthroscopic and open operative management of sports injuries of the elbow, shoulder, hip and knee. In addition, he performs total and reverse shoulder replacements, direct anterior total hip replacements and total knee replacements. After finishing his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Washington he completed his sports medicine fellowship at the renowned Kerlan Jobe Orthopedic Clinic in Los Angeles, CA. While in fellowship he learned state of the art techniques for management of sports injuries and was the was the assistant team physician for the Los Angeles Rams, Los Angeles Dodgers, LA Galaxy, Anaheim Angels, Anaheim Ducks, and Loyola Marymount University Athletics. Outside of medicine, Dr. Hannay enjoys spending time with his wife and family in the outdoors hiking, fishing, camping, mountain biking and snowboarding.
